Francesco Cipolletta

Italian pianist Francesco Cipolletta studied at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory in Turin, graduating with highest honors, before continuing his musical development with Lev Naumov and renowned Italian pianist Maria Tipo at the Scuola di Musica di Fiesole.

His early career was marked by success in numerous national and international competitions, including prizes at the Busoni, Dino Ciani, Viotti, Rina Sala Gallo, Pretoria, and European competitions.

Those successes launched an extensive international concert career that has taken Cipolletta throughout Europe, Africa, Asia, North America, and South America.

He has appeared in major venues including Teatro alla Scala in Milan, Salle Gaveau in Paris, London's Purcell Room, Suntory Hall in Tokyo, Izumi Hall in Osaka, and Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires.

Alongside his international performing career, Cipolletta has devoted himself to musical education and is a professor at the Conservatorio G.F. Ghedini in Cuneo, Italy.

His work as performer and teacher makes him an important artistic partner in JP Malan Concerts' international exchange projects connecting musicians and audiences between Italy and the United States.
